InfoAICert project at AI Week 2026

On May 19–20, 2026, the InfoAICert project participated in AI Week 2026 in Milan, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, innovation and digital transformation. InfoAICert contributed to the event with two dedicated speeches focused on the emerging challenges of AI governance, security, red teaming and compliance under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

On May 19Prof. Fabio Roli, Principal Investigator of the project, delivered the speech “Bridging the Gap between AI Security Science and AI Compliance: The InfoAICert Challenge.” The talk presented the core vision of InfoAICert: bridging the gap between advanced scientific research in AI security and the new conformity assessment requirements introduced by the EU AI Act.

On May 20Danilo Cattaneo and the Tinexta InfoCert team presented “Trust Is the New Feature: Turning AI Regulation, Security and Red Teaming into Competitive Advantage.” The session highlighted how AI regulation and security assessment can become strategic levers for organizations seeking to build trustworthy AI systems and strengthen their market position.

Participation in AI Week 2026 represented an important milestone for InfoAICert project, increasing the project’s visibility and promoting dialogue with companies, research institutions and technology experts. By combining scientific research, industrial expertise and regulatory insight, InfoAICert aims to support the development of future AI conformity assessment solutions and help organizations make their AI systems more competitive, compliant and certifiable.
